Kulcha, Bhatura breads made with fermented flour and cooked in an charcoal fired oven, served with chickpea dish with strong flavour of cinnamon. Left plate on lower half has rice served with spinach and chickpeas. Right plate has red onions served with chutney for added flavour and it's role as a digestive aid.
